Of Note This Harvest 2023/24:

- Polyphenols dropped from 883 to 260 this year. Are other brands of Premium EVOO being as transparent as we are about the changes that are occurring due to a difficult harvest??  These are still good and provide healthy benefits. 

- Acidity is 0.08 (doesn't get any lower- most supermarket brands are 0.8 if correctly labeled as EVOO grade). This means this year our Semone EVOO is 8x better than average. 

- COA (Certificate of Analysis) by a 3rd party Lab available here- ask your other olive brands if they will produce this for you! We publish ours on this site.
