Of Note This Harvest 2023/24:

- Acidity is 0.08 (doesn't get any lower- most supermarket brands are 0.8 if correctly labeled as EVOO grade). This means this year our Semone EVOO is 8x better than average. 

- COA (Certificate of Analysis) by a 3rd party Lab available here- ask your other olive brands if they will produce this for you! We publish ours here.

Semone Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced exclusively for EVOOGuy(R) by the famed Casas De Hualdo olive farm and EVOO producers in Toledo, Spain. This single-estate oil is crushed and bottled on site within hours of the harvest. This provides freshness and allows the most exquisite nuances of the olives to shine through.
